Data we collect

Data you provide when using the contact form or emailing us: name, email address, institution or organization, and the content of your message. Technical data our servers log automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and date and time of access. This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising tools.

How we use the data

To answer your enquiries and requests, maintain the commercial or support communication you start with us, and ensure the security and proper operation of the site. We do not use your data for other purposes without asking for your consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties. Data is only processed by the providers we need to run the site and our email (web hosting and email service), who act on our instructions. We may disclose data to authorities when required by law or a court order.

How long we keep it

We keep contact data for as long as the commercial or support relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the time required to meet legal obligations. Technical server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

Your rights

Under Chilean Law 19.628 on the protection of private life and its amendments, you may request access to your data, its rectification, deletion or blocking, and object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to javier@amify.dev stating your name and request. We will reply during business hours.

Mobile applications

Applications that Amify SpA publishes on the App Store or Google Play will have, where applicable, their own specific privacy policy, linked from each application's store listing and from this site.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes in our services. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.
